Otgonbat B., President/Founder, MPA (Harvard University)
Mr Otgonbat is an entrepreneur, politician and a best-selling author of several books on studying in the United States and Taiwan. He is a frequent speaker on leadership and education in Mongolia and internationally and recently, he has been lecturing on authentic and adaptive leadership topics for a variety of audiences in Mongolia and abroad. After graduating from Dickinson State University in the United States with a BS in Business Administration, he continued to earn his Graduate Diploma in International Travel/Tourism Management at the University of Queensland in Australia as a Rotary International Ambassadorial Scholar. After ten years of setting up his own university and being active in Mongolian politics, Mr Otgonbat graduated from Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government in 2016 with a Master of Public Administration degree (MC/MPA Mason Fellow) and at Harvard, he was selected as one of several fellows at Harvard Graduate School Leadership Institute and the Center for Public Leadership at the Kennedy School of Government. Mr Otgonbat was also a New Generation Fellow at the East-West Center at the University of Hawaii. In terms of public service experience, he held advisory positions under the cabinet of the Mongolian education and finance ministers of Mongolia and worked as chief operating officer of the Millennium Challenge Account-Mongolia. As founder and president of the university, he foresees the strategic direction of the institution, appearing on media on behalf of the university and develops new programs and projects in alignment with GLU’s strategic vision, mission and objectives.
Solongo Ganburged – Executive Director, MBA
Mrs. Solongo has been appointed as the executive director since 2019. After graduating from Hamilton High School in the United States, she attended the University of Maryland and graduated with a BS degree in business administration, and in 2019, she received a Master of Business Administration degree from the Global Leadership University and is currently a doctoral candidate in educational administration at the Mongolian National University of Education. She is responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the university in addition to organizing marketing and recruitment programs.
Badralmaa Regzedmaa, PhD, Vice President for Academic Policy and Administration
Dr. Badralmaa is the Vice President for Academic Policy and Administration at the university and manages both undergraduate and graduate academic offices. She holds a Master of Science degree in human resources management and strategy from the Waika University of New Zealand and a PhD degree in public administration from the Mongolian Management Academy. She is a popular speaker and consultant of strategic management and has 36 years of higher educational administration.
Bilguun Jargalsaikhan – Chief Financial Officer
Mrs. Bilguun Jargalsaikhan is the Director of Finance and Operations Section of the university and she handles all financial and accounting matters in addition to food services and GLU store management. She is a graduate of Mandakh Burtgel University with a bachelor degree in accounting and also has an associate degree in business administration from the Texarkana College, Texarkana, TX, USA. She is the founding board member of Mantag Financial Corporation and has years of experience as general accountant for financial organizations.
Anargul Kausel, Science PhD, Dean of School of Medicine
Dr. Anargul Kausel received a title of honorary human medical doctor award from the Mongolian Government in recognition of her contribution to the medical field of Mongolia. She holds positions of professorship, advisory clinical doctor and she has over 40 years of senior leadership experience in higher education and healthcare administration. She received her Doctor of Medical Science (Sc. D) degree from the Military Academy of the City of Saint Petersburg of the Russion Federation. She has been working as the Dean of the Medical School at GLU since 2018. She is responsible for managing the medical school division from running the day-to-day operations, marketing and recruitment, hospital training and internship, residential training and other related matters in delivering the MD program best to its quality.
Surenkhai Tavkhai, Dean, School of Nursing, MHPA
Mrs Surenkhai is the Dean of the School of Nursing where she manages the day-to-day operations of the school including curriculum development, faculty development and student recruitment and research/development of the program. She is also the founder and president of a national nursing organization, “Nursing Life” which has hundreds of members across Mongolia. She is a reputable professional in the nursing field with a highest international nursing award. She holds a masters degree in healthcare policy and administration from the Global Leadership University and received a clinical professorship, one of the highest academic rankings within the university. For over 40 years, she has specialized in nursing management and received numerous awards from the government in promoting good practices in nursing and advocating for the nursing professional community in Mongolia.
Narmandakh Dolgor, PhD, Dean, Graduate School
Dr Narmandakh is the Dean of the Graduate School and manages master and doctoral degree programs at the university. She holds bachelor and masters degrees from the Mongolian National University of Life Sciences and a PhD degree in linguistics from the University of Humanities. She is an outstanding scholar and academician in the field of linguistics and English education with numerous books and publications and worked in the higher education sector for over 30 years with focus on graduate education, English education and learning and accreditation. She is one of the top certified senior level evaluators and advisors at the Mongolian National Education Accreditation Council.
Otgonsuren Sanj, PhD, Dean, School of Business
S. Otgonsuren has been working continuously in the field of education for 20 years.

Jargalsaikhan Bazarsad, PhD, Dean, School of Law
Jargalsaikhan of Bazarsad has a legal profession and received a Ph.D. He has advanced his professional skills at Kijeong University and Kongg University, South Korea, and is engaged in private training and research in the field of international law. In addition, he worked as a trainer at the international human rights organization Amnesty International, and in 2013 as a research worker at the Department of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea. Also, at the international academic conference organized by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Korea, he gave a speech and discussed the topic “Comparative study of the legal status of foreign citizens in Mongolia and the legal status of foreign citizens in the Republic of Korea”.
N.Tsedevsuren (Doctor, PhD, Professor) Dean School of Humanities
Dr. PhD, Professor N. Tsedevsuren graduated from UBDS as a physics-mathematics teacher, worked as a teacher in EBS and TMDS from 1984 until 2002 as a researcher and methodologist at the Institute of Education (current name).
Dr. PhD, Professor N. Tsedevsuren has been working as the head of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology at the Faculty of Education of UBI since 2002. Dr. PhD, professor, received his doctorate degree from the USSR in 1997 on the topic of “theoretical and methodological issues of creating an educational environment for elementary school students”. more than 250 articles, manuals, single-topic works, and scientific and methodological materials have been written and developed and introduced into the work practice of school teachers. In addition to working as an expert in the improvement of quality assurance and accreditation of higher education institutions and programs, he conducts research and analysis on the topic of “Learning environment”. Currently, he is working as the director of the School of Humanities of GSU.
